TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me (eelcrate), you agree to these terms
1. BOUNDARIES
1. I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any given time.2. I will not accept any NSFW, fetish, or kink commissions. I also will not accept any commissions involving hate speech or offensive imagery/language.3. I DO NOT WORK WITH DEADLINES. I often draw slow or take breaks in order to avoid burnout, and therefore cannot promise set completion dates.
2. PAYMENT
1. Payment can be done via PayPal, Ko-fi, or CashApp.
2. I do not take payment upfront unless requested by the client. Payent will be requested after approval of an initial sketch.
3. I do not take payment plans unless it is specifically discussed with me beforehand.
2. USAGE
1. My art is not, in any way, to be used for artificial intelligence.
2. Proper credit must be given when sharing or reposting my art.
3. I retain the right to share completed art via social media unless discussed with me beforehand.
4. My artwork is not to be claimed as your own.
5. I do not allow for commercial usage of my art (e.g., prints, merchandise, shirts).
